Job Title: Traffic Control Operator
- Contract Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
- UAS-ASMC Management: Operate and manage the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Airspace Management Center, ensuring the identification and resolution of potential conflicts, hazards, and congestion in flight paths.
- Traffic Monitoring: Monitor aerial traffic to adhere to regulations, report anomalies, and ensure the safe operation of UAV systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure proper maintenance of UAV systems.
- Test Flights: Execute and oversee test flights to assess UAV performance, stability, and handling. Develop and implement test plans and protocols for various UAV aspects.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze flight data to identify issues, validate design specifications, and ensure safety. Geo-tag images and coordinate with data analysis teams.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations through risk assessments and safety measure implementation. Maintain equipment and documentation integrity.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Trained operator with at least 1 year of relevant experience in traffic control operations or UAV management, preferably in agricultural drones.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Avionics, Aviation Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Additional experience in operational flying of agricultural drones and remote sensing is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Proficiency in UAV operational environments and troubleshooting is essential.
