Position Details
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Commercial & SME (AVP)
Reporting To: Regional Manager – Commercial & SME
Location: Gwadar, Karachi, Mansehra, Mianwali, Sargodha, Sialkot, Sibbi, Vehari
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- A Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in Commercial and/or SME lending.
- Experience in Trade is preferred.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong sales management and interpersonal skills.
- Geographical knowledge of the posting location.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and regulatory requirements related to Commercial & SME lending.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve CSME business growth and profitability targets through marketing new business relationships.
- Develop and maintain client portfolios in line with the overall client relationship strategy.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals including financial analysis, industry overview, and risk assessment.
- Recommend credit exposure approvals for both existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and branches to ensure timely recovery of mark-up/principal.
- Prepare and manage security documents in coordination with CAD and legal counsel.
- Monitor clients for business opportunities and potential risks.
- Implement workflow and process improvements for enhanced efficiency and service levels.
- Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements for CSME financing.
Employment Type:
- Contractual basis for three years, with a possibility of renewal based on management discretion.
