In line with this vision, the bank seeks talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals to fill positions in Special Assets Management. Below are the details of the available positions:
1. Cluster Recovery Officer (OG-I)
- Reporting to: Wing Head – Small & Medium Recovery Wing
- Educational/Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a university recognized by the HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree or other relevant qualifications will be preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial institution, with at least 2 years in Commercial/Corporate/SME recovery or Credit Risk Management. Relevant litigation experience is preferred. - Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team
- Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies for assigned recovery targets
- Oversee the recovery of various loans, including SME, Commercial, Agriculture, and Islamic products
- Conduct meetings with branch managers and regional management regarding defaulters
- Maintain recovery sheets and Management Information System (MIS)
- Coordinate with borrowers for timely payments
- Negotiate settlements with defaulters
- Ensure compliance with SBP PRS, Recovery Policy, and Credit Policy Manual
- Address audit requirements and observations
- Place of Posting: Faisalabad/Mirpurkhas/Multan

- Educational/Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a university recognized by the HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree or other relevant qualifications will be preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution, with at least 1 year in Commercial/Corporate/SME recovery or Credit Risk Management. Relevant litigation experience is preferred. - Skills Required:
