Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders, especially branches and Central Processing Unit (CPU).
- Confidentiality: Recognize that all customer and company information is confidential and proprietary. This information should only be used for servicing customer requests and must not be copied, reproduced, or disseminated in any way.
- Team Collaboration: Be a team player and support the team in achieving overall targets.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Skills: Strong customer service and sales skills, excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving organizational goals. A solid understanding of the products offered by the bank is also essential.
