The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is currently hiring for two key positions on a contract basis: Digital Media Officer (PPS-07) and Finance & Accounts Officer (PPS-08). Below are the details for each role, including qualifications, experience requirements, and job responsibilities.
Digital Media Officer (PPS-07) – Media & Communications
- Job Type: Contract
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant field
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Management, Telecommunication, Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the project’s social media presence and website with creative content.
- Design and implement social media campaigns to raise awareness about the project.
- Collaborate with sponsors and coordinate all public relations activities.
- Oversee the promotion of the project through various media channels, including TV, radio, and newspapers.
- Organize and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monitor co-working spaces and generate timely project progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and resolution of issues related to project operations.
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across various media platforms.
Finance & Accounts Officer (PPS-08) – Accountancy & Finance
- Job Type: Contract
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a relevant field, with 2 years of experience dealing with PSDP projects and AGPR preferred.
- Qualification: MBA/BBA (Finance), ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

Skills Required:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work collaboratively.
Job Descriptions:
- Process payments, scrutinize invoices, and manage project-related financial documentation.
- Prepare and sign cheques, manage project bank accounts, and handle industry receipts.
- Regularly follow up on fund releases with the Ministry of IT and other government departments.
- Reconcile accounts with AGPR and banks, and manage contract drafting and execution.
Annual Increment: 5% increase per year.
