Anti Narcotics Force ANF Islamabad Job 2024: Special Prosecutor Position

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the ANF in cases related to narcotics and asset recovery before the Special Courts, Anti-Smuggling Courts, and High Courts.
- Handle cases under the Narcotic Substances Act, 1997; Anti-Smuggling Act, 1977; and Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010.
- Ensure rigorous prosecution in financial crimes and money laundering cases.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- Experience: Proven experience as a practicing advocate in High Courts is mandatory. Experience in the Supreme Court is preferred.
- Specialization: Must have extensive experience in handling criminal cases, particularly drug-related and asset recovery cases, in trial and high courts.
- Bar Membership: Must be a registered member of the High Court Bar Association.
- Character: Must have a clean record with no involvement in criminal cases or ethical violations. No prior dismissal from government service or insolvency is allowed.
Remuneration:
The monthly retainer fee will be determined based on qualifications and experience during the negotiation process.

- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the interview.
- Application Submission: Applications must be submitted using the prescribed form available on the ANF Regional Directorate North website http://www.anfnorthregion.gov.pk. Include verified copies of educational certificates, bar membership cards, and relevant certificates.
