Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Vacancy Announcement

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is seeking applications from qualified individuals for various project positions in the “Establishment of Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU)” based in Islamabad. These positions are offered purely on a contract basis as per the project’s pay package for PSDP-funded staff. Initially, the contract term is six (6) months but may be extended annually based on performance and project duration.

Available Positions:

• Assistant (PPS-06)
  No. of Positions: 01 (Merit-based)
  Age Limit: 22-35 years
• Data Entry Operator (PPS-05)
  No. of Positions: 01 (Merit-based)
  Age Limit: 22-35 years

Eligibility Criteria:

• Assistant (PPS-06)
  Education: BSc/B.Com/B.A. from an HEC-recognized university
  Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Data Entry Operator (PPS-05)
  Education: B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. from an HEC-recognized institute/university
  Certification: Certified in MS Word from a recognized institute
  Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Important Instructions:

1. Application Submission: Applications must be submitted using the prescribed form available on the Ministry’s website within 15 days from the advertisement date.
2. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided. Candidates must bring original documents along with two attested copies of academic/testimonials/experience certificates, CNIC copy, photographs, and professional experience certificates to the interview.
3. Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete or received after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Eligibility Cutoff Date: The cutoff date for determining eligibility regarding age, qualification, and experience is the closing date for applications.
