Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background:
- LLB/LLM from an HEC-recognized university or a reputed foreign institution.
- Barrister-at-Law qualification will be highly regarded.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in legal advisory, research, litigation, and drafting of legal documents in the public or private sector.
Professional Credentials:
- Deep understanding of Pakistan’s regulatory regime.
- Proven experience in legislative drafting, including rules and regulations.
- Strong commitment to professionalism, discipline, and integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication, research, and interpretation skills.
- High Court license.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on regulatory and legal affairs.
- Draft and examine rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
- Offer legal and procedural support to in-house adjudication processes.
- Represent the organization in various judicial forums, including high courts.
- Draft opinions on complex corporate issues.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Age Limit: 30-45 years (General age relaxation of 5 years is applicable as per rules).
- Only shortlisted candidates meeting the qualifications and experience criteria will be invited for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
