Position: Regional Business Head (VP/SVP)
Location: Sindh, Baluchistan
Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years as a Branch or Area Manager. Experience in supervising branch networks is preferred.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university is preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and expand the business of 15 to 25 branches, ensuring increased lending and deposit growth.
- Supervise credit and business policies and achieve loan disbursement and recovery targets.
- Lead branch development, operational efficiency, and financial profitability.
- Build relationships with agricultural sector stakeholders, including farmers and local agricultural organizations.
- Ensure compliance with SBP and ZTBL regulations, including AML, CFT, and KYC standards.
ZTBL Bank Jobs 2024: Branch Manager (OG-I/AVP)
Position: Branch Manager (OG-I/AVP)
Location: Across Pakistan, including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in banking, with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager. Candidates must specify three cities/towns for placement, one of which they were previously posted.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred from an HEC-recognized university).
Responsibilities:
- Expand agricultural credit, manage loan recovery, and mobilize deposits.
- Oversee branch operations, compliance with regulations, and cross-selling of banking products.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including eKYC standards.
Eligibility Criteria for ZTBL Bank Jobs 2024
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years for VP/SVP and 45 years for OG-I/AVP (as of the closing date).
- Skills Required: Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
